Welcome to my LifeMax website where I am excited to share with you my discovery of MILA, the Miracle Seed. I have always been interested in health and fitness. Five years ago I started a fitness center in our mountain area to provide our community year-round access to fitness. I was introduced to MILA by my neighbor, who is in the health industry. I was immediately interested because of the high concentrations of Omega-3's. I tried it and loved it. It has helped me in many ways, but I a most excited that it has reduced the pain and inflammation in my wrists and elbows. Now I can continue to work out at the Fitness Center at the pace I desire to stay in great shape! I encourage you to try MILA!
